The high-quality, portable OROMED pulse oximeter model ORO-Pulse Black is used to measure pulse, blood oxygen level and peripheral perfusion index. It has a non-invasive finger sensor. The oxygen content of the blood is measured by directing infrared light through the blood vessels in the finger.
